These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern every order you place on fancoria.com (the "Store"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, as well as our Account Terms, Shipping & Customs Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Trader Identity & EU Product Safety (GPSR) Representative

The contracting seller is Scientific Circuits Co. Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No.: 2806366), trading under the brand name Fancoria.

We sell to consumers worldwide, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.

2. Age and Product Nature

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase adult fashion, accessories, and novelty items in your jurisdiction. Products may include intimate apparel and adult toys. Descriptions and images are for illustration purposes; minor variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur.

3. Offer, Price, and Taxes

• Currency: Prices on the Store are calculated in EUR (€). You may view prices in other currencies for convenience; the amount charged at checkout is based on the rate shown when you place the order. If you pay with a card issued in a different currency, your card issuer may apply conversion fees.
• VAT and duties: Scientific Circuits Co. Limited is not registered for the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) or UK VAT. Therefore, displayed prices do not include local EU/UK import VAT, customs duties, or carrier brokerage fees.
• Customer responsibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, you are solely responsible for paying any import taxes or duties assessed by customs or carriers upon delivery.
• Pricing errors: We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order. Promotions apply only as explicitly stated on the Store.

4. Order Process and Contract Formation

1. You submit an order through your account with delivery and contact details.
2. We send an automated order acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance of your offer.
3. The contract is formally formed when we send you an "Order Confirmed" email (or when payment is successfully verified for manual payment methods).
4. Until payment is confirmed, your order status may show as "awaiting payment." We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders after a reasonable period.

5. Payment

Payment methods available at checkout are displayed on the Store. To protect your privacy and ensure transaction recognition, card or wallet charges will appear on your bank statement under a neutral descriptor (e.g., "FANCORIA" or "SCIENTIFIC CIRCUITS"). You must provide accurate billing information. All transactions are processed by secure, third-party PCI-compliant payment processors, and their terms also apply to the payment transaction.

6. Fulfilment and Risk of Loss

Goods are prepared and handed to international carriers in Mainland China.

• Timelines: Dispatch typically occurs within 1-3 business days after payment. Transit usually takes 8–18 days (not guaranteed). Customs clearance may cause additional delays.
• Risk of loss: In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive), the risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon physical delivery of the parcel to the address you provided.

Packaging is discreet as described in our Shipping & Customs Policy.

7. Made-to-Order vs. Personalized Items

Some items are produced or finished after you place an order.

• Standard made-to-order: These items remain fully subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable law provides it.
• Personalized/customized: Goods made to your specific, individual specifications (e.g., custom engravings or bespoke sizing) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they cannot be resold.

If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and refund that item or the full order as appropriate.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from this distance contract without giving a reason, starting the day after you receive the goods.

• Exceptions: This right does not apply to sealed intimate or hygiene-related goods (including most adult toys) once the seal is broken after delivery, or to clearly personalized goods. Apparel may only be returned if unused, with tags attached, and in a resalable condition, as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Process: To exercise this right, contact support@fancoria.com within the 14-day period to obtain an RMA. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. In accordance with mandatory consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy for faulty goods.

• EU consumers: This typically begins with repair or replacement as a primary remedy. If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or not provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
• UK consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional statutory rights, including a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After 30 days, the right to repair or replacement applies first.

10. Product Compliance

We are committed to supplying products that meet applicable safety and labelling rules for the destination market. For the EU, product safety information and compliance are managed through our designated EU representative (Clause 1 and Imprint). Electrical items, if any, are sold only where permitted by local law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Furthermore, this limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to a full remedy for faulty goods. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to your mandatory right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): EU and UK consumers may also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or contact their local consumer protection authority, where available. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in ADR but will consider complaints in good faith.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version of these Terms displayed on the Store at the exact time you place an order shall apply to that specific order.
